Finances:
Payment for our services is due at the time the dental treatment is provided. We accept cash, personal checks, Care Credit*, and credit cards.
*Care Credit is a healthcare finance card that can be used for your dental treatment (twelve-month financing at no interest). You can see if you qualify by going to www.carecredit.com.
Dental insurance:
Our office is contracted with Delta Dental. All other insurance companies would consider us as out-of-network due to being a specialty practice. However, your plan may cover a large percentage of dental exams and cleanings. We recommend contacting your insurance company to obtain an explanation of benefits.
Primary insurance is filed as a courtesy, where any remaining balance is the patient’s responsibility.
We do not accept new patients with Medicaid.
Cancellations:
We require a 48 hour notice for cancellations or there may be a cancellation fee on your account. Please call the office directly.
Scheduling:
Preschool children should be seen in the morning because they are fresher and we can work more slowly with the child for their comfort. School aged children for routine visits can be scheduled in the morning. Our afternoon appointments are for routine visits and older children requiring minor dental treatment.
